EMOTIONS

Great brands connect with their audience through feelings. And feelings are generated by the sensations and emotions that these brands cause. It is an effective way to generate these memories and to mark the consumer with memorable experiences.

A smell, an ambiance, the sound of an environment, the music that reminds you of that advertisement, the texture that a product has, a different greeting from that attendant, the flavor that only your favorite restaurant has. Everything generates emotion and memory. More than things and services, people like brands to be intimate and part of their personality and history.
